I was going to comment that I liked the thumbnail cut better then this image grew on me virtually in seconds!
The strenght of that facial expression is emphatic and the image exudes the impression of it's title. I like the concentration she expresses and the impression of loneliness. The framing with the curvature of the window is a superb compositional attribute.
